Do I need an app?

No app required

Will it work on all phones?

    Most phones made after 2015 have built-in NFC technology. To use your contactless business card, just hold it against the NFC reader on the phone.

    • On iPhones, the reader is at the top near the camera
    • On Android phones, it’s usually around the middle or top of the back

    Hold the card in place for a few seconds until a pop-up appears, then tap it to view the business card details.

    Can I update my details later?

      Yes and as many times as you like! Simply sign into your Adapt ID account, go to ‘cards’ tab and amend your details for your card ID

      What If someone’s phone doesn’t support NFC?

      You can have a QR code printed at the back of your business card – backup for people who prefer it or phone isn’t compatible

        Is it a one-time payment?

          Yes, you have the option of buying the card and having a free standard profile, if you would like the option having a more branded/ personalised profile page you can opt for an annual subscription package – please contact us to find out more on 01926 356 161
